Good road links serve the area including the A12, M11 and M25 that are all within easy reach. Shenfield Station is also close at hand providing rail services into London at Liverpool Street. This is also on the Crossrail route that will certainly add value to dwellings in this locality. There are a number of shopping facilities, schooling and open spaces. The property occupies an irregular shaped site that we understand was originally the setting for a bungalow. This original property has been demolished and there is now a vacant site with planning granted under reference 16/01112/FUL to erect a 7 bedroom dwelling. The footings appear to have been put in and a great deal of the groundworks subsequently completed. Thus the planning has been implemented. It also appears that services have been run into the site although we cannot comment as to their efficiency nor as to whether the groundworks have followed regulations.
