  2. Offering you a sale via public auction, with a choice of 7 dates per annum. Probate properties are considered prime auction lots, attracting a great deal of attention and therefore good prices. The open format of an auction sale enables all members of the family to feel involved in the process and to witness the price achieved on the day. Auctions offer a guaranteed sale, with a 10% non-refundable deposit taken on the day of auction and completion due 28 days later.

Expert Witness Reports

If a property situation ends up heading for court, we can also be of assistance. We are a fully registered member of the Expert Witness Institute and since May 2019 we have been involved in providing Expert Witness Reports to help resolve property price disputes. If necessary, we are prepared to attend court to support our findings, but we are proud to state that to-date our comprehensive reports have enabled each dispute to avoid the lengthy battle of the court room.
