The garages have a spacious area to the front that is used for car parking purposes by adjoining leaseholders. Carterhatch Road is situated off Heartford Road with its local shops and travel connections. The garage, in our opinion would require some renovation particularly to the roof. We understand that an individual is currently using the garage although we have received no details of any tenancy that may be in place.
