Phillip Arnold on RICS Panel for Discussion on Auction Market

Phillip Arnold will be one of the panellists invited to discuss the future of the auction market on 16 May 2016 at the RICS Real Estate Auctioneering Conference held at RICS HQ at Parliament Square.

Despite the considerable number of properties sold regularly at auction throughout the year, according to 2014 statistics from HM Land Registry, it still forms only 1.9% of the total number of properties sold across the whole country. Topics covered will be the involvement of RICS in establishing professional standards, identifying new business opportunities, technological innovations to increase the market reach of auction houses and the role of the talented young Auctioneers for the industry’s future.
